X-Kart Make Senior Debut Count at Shenington Autumn Challenge
X-Kart drivers were in action across two events over the weekend, with Isaac Jameson and Evan Dearden heading to Shenington for the Autumn Challenge Round 8, while Lucas Steele represented the team at Hooton Park for Round 8 of the IndiKart Championship. The weekend marked a significant moment for Isaac Jameson, stepping up to Senior Rotax for the first time in the UK after a Junior Rotax career that produced race wins and front-running pace across two seasons.

Isaac Jameson
Isaac Jameson arrived at Shenington for his first Senior Rotax outing in the UK, drawing a random grid position as part of the club round format. Saturday practice gave him a strong platform and he carried that confidence directly into Sunday’s sessions.
Heat 1 brought an early setback when a misjudged braking point at the hairpin on the penultimate lap cost him several positions, leaving him P14. Heat 3 was a stronger showing, with Isaac pushing forward consistently to finish P4 after post-race penalties from P6 on the road.
The final made the clearest statement of his Senior debut. Starting P13, he moved through the field with pace that stood out across the entire 34-driver entry, setting the fastest lap of the race and crossing the line P6. Contact through the chicane caused a dropped nose penalty that dropped him to P12 in the final classification. The pace and composure on display pointed clearly to what the step up to Senior has to offer.
Rotax Inter
Evan Dearden
Evan Dearden competed in the Rotax Inter class at Shenington as part of his continued development programme. Racing on a novice licence with a random grid allocation placed him towards the back for all three heats, giving him plenty of work to do throughout.
He progressed from P21 in Heat 1 to P22 in Heat 2 before finishing P21 in the final. The focus across the weekend was on smoother lines and growing confidence in overtaking situations, with Evan’s driving visibly improving through the day. A development weekend that gives him a solid foundation heading into the off-season.
Hooton Park IndiKart Championship

Lucas Steele
Lucas Steele closed out his IndiKart season at Hooton Park on a new chassis, with only the weekend to dial it in. Qualifying P10, an opening lap incident in Heat 1 dropped him to P14 before he recovered to P11 in Heat 2. The final showed the progress made across the day, with Lucas climbing from P13 on the grid to finish P7, with the pace suggesting a top-five finish was within reach given more laps.
