XKART Storm PFi with Pace, Pole Positions and Podium-Fuelled Passion
There’s something about PFi that brings out the best, and the brutal, in British karting. Round 4 of the Kart Championships delivered every twist and turn the track is known for, and XKART? They came, they karted, and they left with tales of triumph, teamwork and the occasional tear of mechanical heartbreak.
Weekend Highlights and Standout Drives
Lewis Sumner – Calm, Consistent, Clinical
Sometimes, you don’t need fireworks to get the job done. Lewis Sumner quietly put together one of the most composed drives of the weekend, sticking with the pack, working the strategy and securing P3 in the final. His consistent pace and spot-on racecraft banked big points and proved that you don’t always need drama to deliver.

Riley Bishop – Championship Leader with Ice in His Veins
There’s something championship-worthy in Riley Bishop’s racecraft. A heat win, relentless pressure in the final and a calm, calculated second-place finish. He didn’t just finish P2, he extended his championship lead in the process. It was smart, fast and mature beyond his years.
Zac Cain – A Saturday Struggle, A Sunday Statement
Zac Cain had a Saturday he’d rather forget, but come Sunday, he showed exactly why he’s part of the XKART squad. Race pace improved session by session, and by the time the A Final came around, Zac was back in the game and mixing it with the best.

Lewis Holt – Grit and Growth at PFi
Only his second visit to PFi, Lewis Holt was in and out of the top 10 across the weekend, but never out of the fight. With every lap, you could see the progression. Expect to see his name climbing the leaderboard as experience and confidence combine.
Elijah Hazelwood – So Close, So Fast, So Impressive
Elijah Hazelwood came alive in the final stages, hunting down the race leader on the last lap and just missing out on the win. It was a gutsy, never-lift performance that showcased serious karting IQ. Still leading the championship.

Isaac Jameson – Nose Cone Woes Can’t Mask the Talent
Unlucky doesn’t quite cover it. Isaac was P3 on track, showing pace and promise, but a nose penalty knocked him back. Still, he walked away as top novice, and if this is what unlucky looks like, imagine what he’ll do with a clean run.
Zak Jennings – Steady, Strong and Onto the Podium
Zak delivered when it counted. A great drive in the final saw him finish on the podium, after a weekend of tidy, focused racing. He’s building a reputation for delivering results when it matters most.

Elijah Hartley – From Problems to Progress
A weekend of mechanical gremlins and incidents didn’t stop Elijah Hartley. Instead, it fired him up. He drove from the back in the final with composure, carving through traffic and salvaging a result many would have written off.
Cooper Campbell-Lees – Speed and Setbacks
Cooper was top 5 pace all weekend and looked like a sure bet for the podium. A tough qualifying and a crash in the super heat knocked momentum, but thanks to the team rebuilding his kart frame, he made the grid. Unfortunately, the final didn’t go his way, but the speed was there, loud and clear.

Maxim Kharuk – Building Confidence and Momentum
Still new to the racing scene, Maxim showed fantastic progress in only his second race. He soaked up every bit of track time, pushed hard in every session and took another big step forward. The foundations are firmly in place, and his confidence is growing with every round.
Harry Ward – A Fighter in the Field
Big strides for Harry Ward this round. He was mixing it with the midfield, showing confidence in overtakes and holding his own throughout. The progress since last round is night and day.

Onwards to Round 5 at Rowrah
PFi brought speed, setbacks and silverware, and XKART tackled it all head-on. With multiple podiums, some standout heat wins and championship points in the bag, the team’s momentum heading into Round 5 at Rowrah is undeniable. From rising rookies to comeback kings, this round had it all.
